Yes, looks like the common-enough quadratus to me, too. Just pick it up on a trowel and tip-out elsewhere.

I agrre with this, nice colouring, but you can easily see the 4 dimples that give the beasty her name.

Nice to find, and I would suggest that if you leave any obvious egg masses you can, the spider will be well established in the (sometimes very small) habitat that is in the area. Don't let yourself be frightened into not using your allotment, just be thoughtful, and all should be well.
