| | | Re: Pretty green spiders Thank you again! They were close together, so perhaps had hatched from the same parent? The one looks darker because I took it indoors to look under a magnifier. Are they unusual in this part of the country? I have a fence covered in various ivies which has just been trimmed and seems to be a home for all kinds of things!

| | | Re: Pretty green spiders It's not often I'd dare disagree with Meta on spiders but in this case I'm pretty sure his ID is incorrect.
I'm pretty confident this is Nigma walckanaeri a spider that's become fairly common around London + the south-east. Also the habitat is good for this. |
