had 3 of these in my house.... really unsure what type they are.... please help!!!!!

Your picture is not well lit, and you may not be very happy about these spiders. The others 2 that you have not photographed could well be Tegenaria sp. as suggested, the thing to keep in your mind is that they are harmless.
