Arachnid ID : Thomsidae species?

Hello,

I have uploaded an image of a smart arachnid found at Thongsleigh Woods just outside Tiverton, Devon. I suspect this might be Xysticus cristatus. Any opinions on this one would be appreciated.

X. cristatus is a likely candidate, but X. kochi looks very much alike and is just as common (at least in the Netherlands).

Thanks again Frits, I still have the specimen so I shall see if I can run it through the Roberts key to determine which it is.

I'm afraid you'll need to examine the epigyne to get a positive id...
