Salticus scenicus?

Hello all - could any of our spider experts tell me if these are both Salticus scenicus? And if so, why has the one in the second picture got those long black tubes projecting at the front. Are they male and female?

After doing a little more research myself, I am fairly sure I have a male and female here, with the lower picture being the male with the greatly enlarged chelicerae. Would anyone care to confirm or refute this?

The second one is definitely a male.

Thanks, Rob - I'm learning all the time! I have seen many S.scenicus, and I don't think I ever saw a male before, because I would have remembered those huge chelicerae!
