Possibly an immature male Philodromus species, though as you say, not the best angle. Don't tell me you haven't got loads more photo's of it !

Thanks for your help No.9 Spider.

Unfortunately I only managed to get 4 shots off before the subject did a runner - and this image is an incomplete focus stack of 4 frames .
