Spider ID please

Hello

I think the first one is a Common Garden?
The next 2 pics I thought was a spider until I just read another thread and No 9 Spiders comments on the differences between a harvestman and spiders now realise that this is a harvestman! But I thought I'd still post it cos of it's behaviour when it became aware of me trying to get an in focus photo Instead of moving away it splayed out it's legs and vibrated the bottom set! Is this common?

The Opilione is Dicranopalpus ramosus, not sure what you mean by the bottom set, these maybe the palps your talking about, which they always wave about.

The Spider looks like Metellina sp ...

Sorry the photo got rotated, the left legs as you look at them were hanging down under the body

The spider I think is Metellina mengei.
