hi i found this spider never seen one that looks like this before in this country!

its a wasp spider argiope bruennichi

That's a female Wasp spider, Argiope bruennichi. As far as I know only found near the South coast.

Not anymore- it's spread well inland over the last decade or so + is now fairly common in suitable habitat around the London area for example.. I'm not sure how much further north it's reached, but you could check the NBN maps.

I did, but I sort of consider London to be near the South coast, it's only 70km or so away. There's another 800 km of the UK North of that.
