That's a harvestman, not a spider. I don't know very much about them at all, so can't give an ID sorry.

Yes they are often confused with spiders, but harvestmens bodies are in a single section, spiders are in two sections, harvestmen have two eyes, spiders have (usually) eight or sometimes six eyes. These are the main features that enable you to distinguish them.

They also, well a lot, have proportionately longer legs that 'bow' with less distinct joins between segments.

This is more than likely Rilaena triangularis, the colouration and the spines on the ocular tubercle indicate this, and its virtually the only one adult at this time of year ...
