It's an Enoplognatha spiderling.

When this appeared in the Insect Forum I considered an Araniella juvenile due to the short legs; but assuming that they will grow at the next moult, I prefer Enoplognatha. |

Also the dark line on the side of the prosoma is typical of Enoplognatha.
