Spider with chestnut-brown cephalothorax

On fence beneath droadleaf trees. Area around fence currently flooded to about 10 inches.

Size: ~4mm

Help with identification appreciated as always:

Its one the hunting spiders but not sure what one Pardosa or Dolomedus this is just a guess

I believe it's a Lycosid, but not Pardosa or Dolomedes, but Pirata. Possibly P. piraticus, a species found near water, and also capable of walking on it.

Thanks for your help ladyhawk and fritz - I've done a check on Google images and feel that (if not spot-on) we're in the right general area.
