Could do with a top view really, abdomen is a bit too rounded/wrong shape for M. segmentata IMO.

Looks right to me (Metellina sp), think she's gravid which is why she looks so rounded.

Yes, more than likely gravid and on closer inspection the epigyne checks out for Meta/Metellina sp. Due to the time of year a good likelihood of M. segmentata.
