Spider ID please

Can anyone identify this spider?

Any more photo's? slightly awkward angle on this. Could be Larinioides species or a few others.

Sorry this was the only picture it was seen in a place called Brims Ness way up the top of scotland and was posted on our local forum.The only other info was It's body is approx 1.3 to 1.5cm long and it's approx 2.5 to 2.8cm across the legs. I have never seen a spider like this up here.

Have a google on Larinioides photo's and see how it compares.

Cheers No9 The Larinioides cornutus seems the closest although the spider in my photo is almost black with yellow markings and any pic i see of the cornutus is brown but the markings are the closest.
