Another spider ID please

Hey all,

I was outside my hpouse and stumbled accross this one, it was about 3cm long approx, wasnt quite as scary to walk into as the Black Widow was but here is the picture hopefully someone can ID it.

I live in Mexico, so this is not a photo from England, I remember after the black widow some forum members asked me to post any other strange wildlife i see.

It's certainly an orb-web species + looks like an Araneus species, but I''m not familiar with Mexican species.
