I was thinking more about Zygiella possibly Z. x-notata but that is around 7 or 8 mm body size. |

Just compared both suggestions and i think Z. x-notata looks more like it

4th spider down is best example here, and if you bother to look at the spider markings closely of the two you will see they are almost identical.
