Here are another two images of another spider. I noticed that the shrubs were completely shrouded in webs and at the top of one of the shrubs I found a spider inside a cocoon. The opening of the cocoon was towards the ground. I gently encouraged the spider out and found it carrying what I believe to be its egg bundle (perhaps someone can confirm this?)

No.9 Spider  | I have to confess, I gently inserted a twig into the nursery web opening because I wanted to get a clear shot of her. She returned to the nursery about 1 hour later so all was well.
