(Venger?) Spiders at the double: ID's please

Here are two spiders together.

I live in Preston, North West England, so am unsure that the black one is a mouse spider (I thought they were indigenous to Australia).

Hopefully, Venger can confirm there ID's.

I suspect the brown one is the Tegenaria gigantea







The other black one... that's the one I want an ID for please.

This black one was crawling up the wall in the living room late at night...

The top one looks like Tegenaria, the 2nd photo has Tegenaria at the top and Amaurobious at the bottom, the other two look like Segestria florentina, i would love to find one of those ...

The black one at the bottom of the housebrick is the same spider in the last two photos (light was different, flash, etc).
