No.9 Spider  | no its the right way up... i said the last photo, the first photo is upside down. What relevance does it have anyway regardless of whether it is upside down or not it is still a Steatoda Nobilis and its still a good quality photo. |

| | | Re: Spider I.D. please Hi and thanks for the replies she was upside down but I rotated the picture for easier viewing the easiest photo to get was the belly shot from above.Its the only one I have found so far but hope to find more, I might even look into the oldboy nextdoors overgrown garden (with permission kids  ) to see whats in there.

The first photo is in fact in the correct 'living' orientation (ie. it is not upside down).
Steatoda species inhabit the underside of their webs.
..........and yes they are superb photographs  .
