Enoplognatha ovata colour variation

I have been getting a lot of slugs at the base of my Dahlias, so have cut all the lower stems/leaves off, and this is where i found these two spiders, living within a few inches of each other, both the same spider, but the colouration is completely different.

There are 3 colour variations found in Enoplognatha ovata, the two you have shown and a third less common variation having a red single broad band down the abdomen.

Not forgetting E.latimana which looks very similar (though usually further south)

Enoplognatha Ovata. I have a couple of colour variants of this spider and was just wondering if I have identified them incorrectly. Perhaps I have more than one type of spider.

I live in Devon and all of these spiders were found in my garden.
Can someone take a look and offer some advice?
