It looks like a Theridiid, likely a male Candy-stripe Spider, Enoplognatha ovata. The markings look slightly unusual ( It lacks the heavier black marks usually found on the side corners in this colour form, but could be just natural variance), so wait for someone else to confirm or deny.

Sadly after studying it up close (zoomed and brightened) I can't see enough to say.
Need to see the tip of the palp more clearly.
