Question Araniella ??
Hi Guys,
Doing my Examinations on an excavator today and found this little spider hanging around, Ive had a good look and I think it is Araneidae
and possibly Araniella cucurbitina, length 6mm
The sigila and slight abdominal markings look right and in the second pic I'm sure I can see a red spot just above the spinners,on the underside, or is that just wishful thinking,

I'm sure you can see it in photo 2 - though obviously it being on an orange/red surface doesn't help with reflections
Araniella spp = yes
Either A.cucurbitina or A.opisthographa - though an epigyne shot would be good
