This little guy was found in Bristol on a strawberry plant, approx 5mm. Large bulbous part to pedipalps (significant?)   |

Looks like a jumping spider to me. Possibly Heliophanus possibly H. cupreus.
Fascinating creatures; I had one in my greenhouse last year. Eventually he moved out onto my broad beans and started devouring the aphids. Hope I get some more this year. |

The bulbous part means it's a male. To me it looks Salticidae-esque... over to an Arachnid person  |

Just googling some spiders and although rare in britain, Bianor aurocinctus looks alot closer to my pics, even down to the round pedipalps
