| | | Re: British Spiders I think my list would be the same as Nik's except with Misumena vatia replacing the Zygiella. I see wasp spiders - Argiope bruennichi - quite often too but I believe they're still only in the south. I don't know if they've spread up to Derbyshire yet.

Dave P. | Fairly restricted range for Misumena vatia, but the range of Enoplognatha ovata is much wider, but it does scuffle about in the hedge-bottoms and leaf litter, so it may not be seen as often.

| | | Re: British Spiders I think you should add in the Amourobidea somewhere. Partly because they are quite common, but also because they are quite distinctive, and they produce cribellate silk, which widens the undertanding to more forms of silk.
