| | | ID dune spider I took this picture at Spurn Head, on the 30 of August 2008. A beautifully camouflaged spider, I assume its usual habitat must be sand!
Any IDeas?

| | | Re: ID dune spider Yes it's Arctosa perita , also a male I think. These are really beautiful looking spiders, always a pleasure to find.
I've observed these conceal themselves under a small sand covered silk web lying on the sand.
