Steatoda Nobilis - The False Widow
This one was well behaved and didn't run from me whilst i shone a torch in its face, took numerous pictures with flashes and got pretty close to it....

There great photos of a very attractive spider

Personally it's often difficult to photograph these spiders in the dark; I have to shine a torch on the subject to focus in such low light, then hold the shutter down half-way and turn the torch off before pressing it down fully to take it!!

Yeah it wasn't so much dark more dim, but my camera did have problems focusing in such low light.
