Garden Spider?
Ok, before anyone says anyhting I am aware this is an arachnid and not an insect but there is no arachnid forum!

I am unsure of the ID on this fella and my books aren't helping me much! Any ideas?

Yup I agree,
Usually spiders get posted in the insect forum, or the general wildlife forum, though a spider forum would be good too!

When you post up spider images, don't forget to give a size (excluding legs) and habitat.
