Unidentified Spider

I found this spider on the ceiling... and can't find it anywhere. Any help in identifying it gratefully received.

I agree this is what it looks like but the round abdomen is putting me off unless it has eggs like you say.

Looks like a Pholcus, though rather than being gravid it's probably full of the contents from its wrapped up prey pictured in the web! It should move erratically in it's web when you disturb it.

I agree with No.9 Spider, however don't keep disturbing them just to make them vibrate - this is a defense mechanism of the spider and if overdone can put undue stresses on the spider.

I'll not disturb it for now but I'll get more photos in a day or so, especially if the abdomen shape changes at all.
