I have a spider in my bathroom and I'm not sure what it is, can anybody help please?

Looks like a Zygiella x-notata, very common and nothing to be worried about.
(I'm surprised Zygiella hasn't answered this one  )

Lovely spiders, they are, and amazing to watch on the kitchen window when I'm doing the dishes.
