| | | A few spiders IDs please Just trying to label a few of last years photos but could do with some help please.
Is this first one just a small pale Araneus diadematus? Found in Aug 06 on a tree trunk in London
This one was taken on shrubby chalk grassland in the Chiltern Hills, Buckinghamshire in July 06. Some sort of Crab Spider?
A well camouflaged spider in an Oxeye Daisy flower. On sandy heathland in North Buckinghamshire in May 06
and finally a very poor picture of a spider in a buttercup flower. Taken in a wet meadow in Buckinghamshire in May 06
Thanks for any help

| | | Re: A few spiders IDs please 1. yes, A. diadematus
2. Xysticus species. (crab spider)
3. immature male Philodromus species (running crab spider - would be well camouflaged if it wasn't on an ox-eye daisy!)
4. male Larinioides cornutus (Araneidae)

3:Philodromus spp not sure which.
4:Larinioides cornutus
