| | | Re: New forest Adders For snakes you just need to head out on the heathlands at Wareham, Dorset. lots about down there.
Grass,adder,slow worm and smooth snake can all be found.
Do not disturb any of them if you find them, they can often be found sitting on rocks etc.
They can be photographed quite easily with a medium zoom from a safe distance.

They aren't wild but it's a nice place to visit and a good chance to see the reptiles close up, although so far the Smooth Snakes there have eluded me!
