This weather certainly suits our frogs!
Warm, wet, drizzly day here in Cornwall. Went out just before dark to check our animals and met with a very loud frogs chorus. Crept up to our pond with a torch (we already have some spawn which appeared at the weekend), to count 28 frogs - before they all scattered from the light. Sure there were more under the water which I didn't manage to count before they scuttled away. Just hope the cold snap we will no doubt get eventually doesn't catch them all out!
