Frog/Toad for ID please

I found this colourful little creature in our garden, hiding under damp foliage.
Started thinking frog and now wonder if it's a toad, can anyone help with an ID please.

It's a common frog in uncommon colouring :-) they do turn up in all sorts of different colours other than greenish brown.

Hi Kayleigh, yes they are aren't they - I've been looking at lots of Common Frog images since seeing this and the only thing I've seen with eyes like it are albino common frogs. I did wonder if it is slightly albino hence the washed out colour on the throat, belly and fore legs ?

Thanks Dave, it was all a bit rushed as I ran in to get the camera before it hopped back into cover, but I'm happy with it.

Yes it is a nice pic and what a lovely frog to have in the garden.
I have one with unusual black blotchy markings but he was a little too far away to get a decent shot then the last time I saw him it was in the middle of the night so the light was not there to get another shot..
