| | | Common Lizard pair came across these two near Ashford, Kent at the weekend. Are they
1 - Common Lizards
2 - male and female, if so which is which
tried to get a better shot, but they didn't hang about !

Male on the right mainly because of the bulge at the base of his tail (his hemi-penis) and also because he is lacking a stripey back. Males tend to have broken lines / spots running down their backs. |
