| | | Is this a Common Frog We came across this spotted frog in our pond and not sure what it is, could anyone identify the type of frog please? I believe the common frog has a dark patch behind the eye but this one does not appear to have that.

| | | Re: Is this a Common Frog I'd wait for expert advice, but I agree it doesn't look like a Common Frog. I have seen pictures of Marsh Frogs looking like this. Whereabouts in the UK are you?
