| | | Site for Midwife Toads, Alpine Newts etc., Just wondered if any wabbers know of a reliable site for seeing Midwife toads. There used to be one at Goddards Garden near York, but when I contacted them they said that they hadn't been seen for quite some time.
In June I will be driving from Yorkshire down to Hertfordshire and then back up through Norfolk, so any sites around these areas would be great, Bedfordshire Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire as well.
Also, if anyone knows of any sites in these areas with introduced Pool Frogs, Edible Frogs, Alpine Newts, Italian Crested Newts - any introduced herps would be fascinating to see. |
