Rigid frogs found after cold snap
Hello I have found some rigid frogs in my pond that must have arrived yesterday or the day before we had a cold snap. It was very cold up here in Edinburgh yesterday. I saw 3 frogs under the water in my pond and when i lifted them out the are rigid. I was wondering if I warmed them up slowly would they stand a chance of surviving?

Were they in the spread-eagled position? Spread-eagled usually means they are dead, but there is no harm in putting them somewhere safe to see what happens

Their arms are in close to their bodies and their legs are spread out.
