Selling frogspawn!?

I've found a listing on Ebay where someone is selling frogspawn. They claim it's to raise funds for a wildlife area but I think it's either a scam or someone very misguided. I'm fairly certain it's illegal but don't now how best to report it on Ebay. Live animals I guess. Any thoughts?

ETA: I'm also aware that it could spread disease as they are offering to post it around the country.

This is illegal and breaches the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and because of such I have reported it.

Its illegal to sell common frogs under Schedule 5 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act (1981). Get them reported, this not only risks the spread of disease, it is also completely against modern conservation. If this is their idea of getting funds for a wildlife area I dread to think how they would manage that area, epecially as they are removing amphibians from it by doing this.

It seems like a good cause but not only is it illegal but it is also a possible way to spread disease and infections.

That is exactly what I thought and have reported it as live animals but wanted to check (and encourage others to do the same if I was right). They've sold two 'lots' already which is shame but hopefully we can stop them selling more.

looks like its already gone as I can't find it!. In anycase a quick google has revealed that a woman in TYneside was cautioned for doing this.

Frogs certainly are protected from being traded but I'm not sure if this applies to the spawn. The police obviously think it does so that's good.
