| | | Irridescent frog We have had frogs and toads in our garden for years and we always leave a small area of "WIld Garden" at the bottom for them to enjoy. Yesterday as I was moving some concrete blocks that had been delivered I disturbed a frog I had never seen before, it looked the normal greenish colour on top but its belly was an irridescent green and blue, quite beautiful to see, question is, is it common or something unusual? We also have two totally black frogs that are regularly seen early in the morning eating snails, they seem quite indifferent to being watched but we do have to take care when leaving the house because our back door step seems to be a favoured feeding spot. |

Do you have any pictures or could you take any? I would love to see your 'black frogs'! |
