Is this a toad

Hello

I was just putting a pic on a different thread re polarising filter and think I may have mis ID'd the contents of the pic

I have labled it as a frog but now belive it may be a Toad



I can see the follwoing that to me says toad
1) rounded nose
2) no dark streak behind eye
3) ?posion gland on shoulder/neck area
4) wartier! than pics I have took of frogs
These id points are taken from the BB wildlife mag june 2008 How to tell the difference between frogs and toads article.

Can someone please confirm
