Isn't it annoying when you're all geared up and end up not being able to anything?
At least I've got another week now to swot up on what I need!!
Reino | Yes, I think it makes it easier and more pleasurable if you've got some plans before you start. I often write out a plan of action, so I do jobs in the right order, and have everything that I will need to hand. It makes it so much easier and therefore more pleasurable, and certainly less stressful. So you've got some time to sort things out and decide what you need, and get it. and decide on a plan of action...Good Luck, let us know as you go along what you decide...Posie... |

| | | Re: Frogs and frogspawn Thanks for your replies Posie,
I'll let you know how I get on. My son's promised to come around this week to re-build the edges and put some more cobbles down, so hopefully I'll be able order some more plants for the pond and surrounding areas next week.

| | | Re: Frogs and frogspawn just looked at the pond but still no activity, but i am concerned (now i can see the bottom cuz its a bright day) that its very silted up, its about 1m deep in the middle and i can see the silt is leaving only about 30cm of clear water , so when the water warms up i assume that the water will be affected by all this silt and may go stagnant; help; i might vac some silt out later in the season and dump it next to the pond is this a good idea, anyone esle got this problem??? | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
