One word of warning if you do have GCN on your property and want to have an extension built you may have to have a GCN survey carried out which can be very costly  Be very careful where you put it. |

| | | Re: Possible newt I came into work today and the Newt as gone, i will contact my local wildlife trust though to tell them about it incase it shows up again i have never seen one before and i just didnt want it to get killed, it is very grassy where i work so hopefully it as found a nice stone to go have a sleep under. Thanks for your replies. |

| | | Re: Possible newt Its a bit early for Newts to be in a pond, but there you go thats what I like about this site, you are always learning. I just hope the forcast of a long period of cold weather thats on its way doesn't cause the pond to freeze over otherwise the newts will drown, but fingers crossed.
