Is this a Marsh Frog?

Saw this chap a month ago in the New Forest,looks different,is it a Marsh frog?It froze so I managed to get a photo from about a foot with my compact camera. Thanks.Jason

It certainly looks very much like one to me. Very distinctive frog.

Could you send me a grid reference of where you found this frog? It is probably a pool frog or an edible if the location is where I think you found it

It would be good to have the record as I am researching Marsh Frogs in Hampshire and Essex
