Hello Wrex, and welcome to WAB. It may be pregnant, but lizards often tend to flatten themselves when basking so as to maximise the amount of their surface area that picks up the rays. (Humans have tried this, but they mis-read the word "flatten" )

jonners is quite right. its definitely not pregnant, just flattening itself to maximise exposure to the warmth of the sun. it looks lke a juvenile.
