| | | Unidentified Young Lizards Can anybody please hep me by identifying these young lizards that I came across this lunchtime.
They were basking on a railway sleeper that was part of a footpath over some boggy heathland. There were two or three at first then a large party of cyclists passed over the sleeper. I went back a couple of minutes later and they were back but this time in force
They were very small, approx 1.5 to 2 inches from head to tail. |

| | | Re: Unidentified Young Lizards Thanks guys
I was hoping for sand lizards because I know that they have been released in the area.
But always happy to see any lizard, especially locally.
Especially happy to get the photos.
I'm sure that I'll be back. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
