please don't handle him too much, as the oils in your skin are toxic to him and he will absorb them through his skin.
also try to handle him if you must with wet hands,

I'm sad to say that the poor frog died earlier today. At least he's not suffreing any more Thanks once again for all the help.

unfortunately that's what i expected. once they're ill they don't seem to recover very easily.
in fact as afar as my frog keeping goes they're usually dead within 24 hours of showing any signs of being off colour, but at least you have the satisfaction of knowing that you did all you could to give it a chance.
it's possible that he was an old bloke that finished out his days nice and safe and secure and comfortable after having bred this year.

I hope so! He's out of harm's way now tho I don't know what age he was exactly, but he was only about 5 or 6. I only hope whatever was wrong doesn't spread to the rest. Thanks again for the support.
