Frog fungal infection

she thinks not due to something she said yesterday,
she's not using weedkillers or fertilisers in there

plus if this did happen the frog would absorb it through it's skin and die pretty quickly

It was something I thought of too but I haven't used any kind of weedkillers or fertilisers. I know the garden next to me hasn't either but I can't account for others further away.

Sadly, the frog from the picture died overnight. I found him at the bottom of the pond this morning.

Whilst I was checking up on him last night I found another frog with ulcers on his legs although he did not have patches of skin gone like the other one.

I'm going to get the pond water tested tomorrow for acidity/akalinity but that won't tell me if there's any harmful bacteria in it.

Any help or suggestions over the ulcers would be very greatly appreciated.
