| | | Re: Preston Front: The frogs. how lovely 2 have spawn in your pond. I've got common newts in mine & apparently frogs do;nt spawn where there r newts. Although iI do get frog visitors. While walking in a nearby forest at the weekend hubby 7 I approached one of the small burns & the water was bubbling. when we looked we could see 3 frogs in the middle of spawning. when they saw us they froze & we could see them upside down in the water.
