common frog help?

hiya
new to this forum but need some help with a common frog..

me and my bf were walking home last night and saw quite a few common frogs on the way.
we then found one in the middle of the road so we went over to check on it, at first we thought she was dead but turns out she was just about hanging in there...
dont have a go but we brought her home as her leg is broken and everytime she tries to hop she flips onto her back and cant get up.

is there anywhere thatl take in animals like this? pdsa dont seem to want to know or the rspca so dont know who else would be interested.

we keep reptiles so had a few things to keep her in, but we arent totally sure about the frog if im totally honest!

we have her in a tub big enough so she can move but not to big as she ends up flipen herself over, shes on pete with a shallow water bolw she can easily climb in and out of, we spray her with tepid water as well.

any ideas?
