| | | a neubie to keeping map turtles We brought our new 'real map' turtles home 3 days ago, they are faily young and are approx 8cm. They are in a 3ft tank with deep water and basking area.
I'm a bit worried because the one has eaten a small amount of food but the slightly smaller one hasn't eaten anything. I've only given them floating sticks, ment for large tropical fish (we were recommended this from the place we bought them from) so far.
Are they not eating coz they just need time to settle in? because they don't like the food? or coz they're unhappy?
Can anyone advise me on how to care for my new friends better? |
