| | | Greedy Frogs! We have a small garden pond with plenty of Common Frogs from last season which, in itself is great, apart from the greedy beggars have now taken to eating the birds food!! namely mealworm thrown out for the increasing broods of Blackbirds!
I watched as the cheeky frogs left their place of sanctuary, and hopped across the garden to where my husband had just thrown the mealworms, and promptly ate all the visible ones then went searching for more!! Has anyone else seen this in their own gardens?
I would like to hear of any tales like this as I found it rather amusing to watch!
Tornado.

Tornado. | This is good. What kind of birds are you trying to attract to the garden? Not all birds are ground feeders, but some, like the robin are. Please be careful, some birds have a partial diet for froggies. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
